I love going on the website Pinterest. It could be considered a time-waster, but I learn some pretty interesting recipes, tips and find some pretty funny quotes and pictures. It’s like a big bulletin board that you can take “pins” from and pin to your own bulletin boards.
I found this recipe on Pinterest and made it last night for dinner. It was very easy and very tasty!
Ingredients:
1 box penne pasta
1 (15 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
1 (24oz.) jar Marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1) Cook pasta and drain.
A trick I learned from Pinterest: Put a wooden spoon over a boiling pot of water and it won't boil over.
2) Mix both sauces and mozzarella together in a large bowl. Add in pasta and mix until coated.
3) Pour into a 9×13 dish. (Drinking a beer while cooking is optional *wink*)
4)Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25mins.
5) Sprinkled Parmesan on top and bake an additional 5 mins.
6) Enjoy!
